Hi, I’m Felicia, and when I started Restful Moments, I quickly discovered something unexpected: while I loved the freedom and creativity of working for myself, I had unknowingly traded in some of the most valuable aspects of traditional work environments.

Without coworkers to collaborate with or a team to lean on, I often felt overwhelmed and isolated. With everything on my plate, it became all too easy to get “lost in the sauce,” prioritizing tasks that kept me busy but didn’t always create momentum toward my goals.
